Via North Point's primary mission is to empower the North Point community to envision a better future for the use of public spaces and to enhance the quality of life for North Point residents. In collaboration with various partners, the Hong Kong Arts Centre is dedicated to designing and engaging the community through a series of participatory programs and creative artistic structures. These initiatives aim to forge connections between the new and old areas within the district, build capacity for public spaces, celebrate the distinctiveness of North Point, and nurture a sense of belonging. Through the power of imagination, the project seeks to cultivate cultural citizenship by reimagining urban spaces.
